Do both if you can. Set up our 1750 planter with used Martin till pin adjust row cleaners for $100/row, and put on yetter twister rings for $120/ row. Sell the coulters, and you'll have the best bang for your buck upgrade. Floating row cleaners are probably nicer, but they'll cost more too.
