If you have the room, a “shake and break” attachment for your air hammer works good.
You can also take a 1/4” cordless impact driver with the right adapter to fit the appropriate socket. Then just work it back forth for while. The 1/4” impact shouldn’t be strong enough to twist anything off but the impact really helps.
