Subject: How to tell if tractor AC has been retrofitted?

Have a CaseIH 5140 tractor where the low pressure AC port has a black threaded on plastic cover over what looks like a schrader valve similar to what one would find on a tire.

Also have a CaseIh 5250 that has been retrofitted to R134 refrigerant as indicated by a sticker near the compressor. The 5250 has what looks like a r134 push connect adapter threaded onto a schrader valve on the low pressure port where the adapter is then covered by a blue cap.

What are the chances the 5140 is still R12? How does one confirm? Wanting to check the low side pressure on the 5140 to make sure there is enough refrigerant for max cooling.
