Just how heavy is it? They make some pretty beefy linear actuators these days, then you wouldn't have to mess around with air/hydraulic. Just need 12v power.
Two to three people to lift, another to put the bar on to hold it up. No springs to help it. Made for a D9 to crawl up them.
