We cut the neck and shoulder off of a plastic soda bottle and placed it where those stud risers broke off and poured them with epoxy. We put a hole in the soda cap to hold the stud and screwed it onto the pop bottle neck allowing the epoxy to set around the stud. Surface prep is key for the epoxy to stick but this has worked well for us.
