Case drain goes to case drain.
The return off your blowers should go though high flow return.
I never return my blowers back through a valve.
I would be looking at your case drain return and see what each motor
is returning. The case drain is meant to handle very little flow as it goes
straight back to tank without cooler and filter.
The high flow return goes back through cooler and filter.
