Subject: JD 9220 clutch postion sensor?

Had a PCU 21 and 22 code pop up on this 9220. When the code or codes are active the tractor will not move. Went through the cornerpost and accessed the PCU and I can't remember what addresses I went to but tested checked the voltage to the sensor and tested the upper and lower postion switches. The lower part of that switch tested bad, so I'm replacing that set of switches. But while I'm in there I got a new potentiometer for the clutch pedal I was gonna replace also. My question is, do I have to do a calibration on this potentiometer if I replace it? If so, what address do I access in the PCU to do the calibration? Tia
