| Haven't heard of redback's. Used redwings for years, with the cow manure and winter wear (wet dry, wet dry multiple times a day) i was lucky if i get 6 months out of them. Leather usually cracked and leaked through by the arch. 2 weeks of sore feet due to breaking in (new insoles also used every pair).
Bought Brunts last fall. 6 months of same treatment as the redwings and they look barely broke in no cracks in the leather and didnt need new insoles. My feet never hurt in them. They are by far the most comfortable boots i have ever bought. And they were half the cost of the Redwings I was buying. I would recommend looking at Brunts and will definitely be buying them again when this pair is finally wore out. | |
