Does lemon law buy back work on agriculture machinery?
It sounds like you are possibly working with a smaller family
owned business and they have done everything they could with the knowledge they have.
I would say try to get it lemon lawed out and replaced with the working unit the loaned you.
You would keep your business relationship and no bridges burnt.
