Central ND | I'm no help on the dehuller, never seen one. Tell us more about spelt.
I remember my neighbors speaking of growing spelt. I believe they fed cattle with it. dating back to 1960's. All the spelt seed around here has been lost. The last seed he had got planted in a pothole on a dry year in the 80s or 90s and later and it rained and flooded the crop out and the seed was all lost. The largest percent of us have never seen it and few of us even know of it anymore. YOU have to be old and been around cattle to know of it here as it was never grown much as far as I can tell..
