Can either of these systems or something similar be installed on a pull type or even 3pt sprayer? What is the cost? Is it worth the cost?

Yes a system can be put on anything. If you are going to run a constant speed in a straight line then it isn't really worth it in my opinion. Just get the right tips and pressure is all you have to do and the multi way spray bodies are still cheaper and simpler than the systems.
If you are varying speed and running curved lines and 100 feet or wider sprayer or very expensive chemical it may then be worth it or may be time to even look at the newer Weed It or other technologies coming along to attack problem areas in your fields or crops.
