Might be time to lawyer up.
About 7-8 years ago a guy here posted a pic of a new JD tractor left in the field for a few weeks with crops growing around it and no dealer response. Corporate seen the post and that tractor was picked up that same day.
Since red corporate was already involved without a satisfactory result not sure what else you can do.
