Here, it seems we receive most of the tires in our Twp ditches - of course, the steepest and deepest ditch too. It is changing some, as the town is working on building inslope on those worse areas and now are mowable - helped with less dumping. Now, neighboring twp's are getting more "junk" in their steepest and deepest ditches . . . . . Yes, LTS (Liberty tire service) as mentioned.
