Wisconsin | Won’t name dealers, or such but we have a case ih piece of equipment that was delivered new to us and from hour 1 there was something not right. While idling it’s sitting at 30-55% engine load. While operating with no load, it’s at 70-100%. While operating under load it goes to 125%. It burns 14 - 23 gallons an hour, has the small 6.7 engine rated at 210 hp cutting a 16’ swath of hay. The auto steer does not work, matter of fact it’s quite dangerous. It will start throwing the machine around at the end of the field or during your pass. We signed an extended, 3000 hour warranty basically including everything but the wearables. The dealer has been a joke, no response, no action, salesman possibly got fired from trying to get something going here. Finally case steps in and picks the machine up, brings to an undisclosed location and claims to have fixed it. Meanwhile we were brought a new machine likewise, works like a charm. They bring the old machine back, they did nothing. Still doesn’t work. It sat all winter, no response or efforts to dig into more. Now we are pressed against hay season and here we sit. Dealer practically threw their hands up and gave up because apparently corporate isn’t communicating. This has been year 3. The machine is suppose to be getting 2-300 hours a year but instead we’ve been hiring and renting out the service to get work done. Currently the machine has only 231 hours. Now what?
