SW Ohio | For me it was spike closers, especially if less than ideal conditions. You are putting fluffy dirt over the seed and not packing it in, think of seed as a baby wrapped in a soft blanket. (one spike and one rubber with half strength spring) Also I would scrap the coulters. I also have pin adjust cleaners and have them set to barely sweep the ground, lots of time they are in free air. | |
