Latimer, Iowa (north central)
We had it done under a 60’ 105,000 bushel bin that was built in 1976. About 1/3 of the floor had settled to the point to sweep was tearing up the aeration floor. Several inches. We pulled that side of the floor and had a crew come in and do what you are describing. It’s was 17,000 for their work in 2012.

It hasn’t settled in the 13 years since. We also typically fill that bin 3 times a year so it gets used. I fill with oats and haul out before soybean harvest, then with soybeans and haul out after the harvest rush and basis improves, then finish the season putting corn in it the first week of Nov.
