From what have seen it works but it is not cheap. The house we bought was not properly backfilled and the side walk around house as well as the front steps and a little in front of garage had settled. It wasn't cracked so thought I would get an estimate. I also got an estimate from a local concrete guy. He tore out the old and repoured it all as well as a small patio in back for just a little less than the foam raising.
Does pumping that foam under concrete actually work to level it?
