Our County road dept hired " Concrete Jacking " crew to level up a couple areas on the blacktop where the road had settled. I was skeptical at first - they drill holes every 2- 3 ft apart and pumped in product til level. 2 years later it still is holding up. Usually these areas are where a Culvert was installed under the road years earlier. You mentioned Foam - i believe the product used here was a slurry of Concrete mix .
Does pumping that foam under concrete actually work to level it?
