Northern Indiana | If your openers and gauge wheels are good, parallel arms tight and everything else is proper, all the row units are set to the same depth then I’d look for an air force or delta force setup for it.
Controlling depth and seed placement will give a lot of bang for your buck. It starts with a good ride of the row unit.
Edit to add: spiked closeing wheels properly adjusted are also a good thing to have.
