We had pin adjust trash wipers on our 7000 planter. We had ridges from using the same tillage tool for many years. Those wipers would cut deeper into cold ground going through a disc ridge. We put Martin floating cleaners with depth band on our 1200 and got along well. We did quite a lot of no-till with them also. Can’t help on the closing wheel end. Good luck.
