Subject: JD 7000 upgrades ?

I have a JD 7000 planter with liquid fertilizer. Right now I have wavy no till coulters and cast closing wheels. I have been thinking about row cleaners and spiked closing wheels. Which do you guys think would be more beneficial. Row cleaners or closing wheels. This year I worked my corn ground and no tilled my beans. I only farm 66 acres. I'll attach a picture of what my setup looks like.

If row cleaners are the way to go I would be looking at used ones. I've seen some pin adjustment ones and some floating ones. Is one better than the other?
Thanks
Matt
