Paxton, IL | I’d be interested in hearing responses, but don’t have any firm answer myself. I would guess the split plastic would provide better protection for the wiring, but probably won’t hold up the best long term and would eventually get brittle and fall apart.
I use the braided mesh a lot myself, but think it would be a pain to try and get it installed over a whole boom harness.
