Yep have at least had the big front ROPS for many years. The rear bat must be a new requirement but seems like lots of orchard have the front bar lowered horizontally that is legal but removing it completely is illegal. See the new ones have beacons and mirrors mounted on the roll bar now. They seems counter to being clean to run down tree rows.
