Subject: Where can I get a hydraulic jack that isn't junk?

I need a new tall hydraulic jack like the one pictured. All I can find is ones from Harbor Freight or Norhtern tool for $60 to $90. I would gladly pay another $100 for one that wouldn't start to leak down a week after I buy it.
