Southeast Colorado | I spent my first 7 or 8 years working with FSA and their beginning farmer program. I had several different loan officers. There was night and day difference in them. One guy in particular was phenomenal and helpful, and I owe him a LOT of credit for what we have today. On the flip side...........there was a lady that was just ridiculous........and I had to learn my way around her to the best of my ability. I suppose there was a lesson learned in that as well. Shortly after she left she went through a divorce and had a mental breakdown. She about gave me one leading up to that. | |
