#3 for the win on many levels. One big one is hopefully way down the road but #3 allows you to rent or sell the bin site to someone else when you retire. Their operation of the site would not disturb your home life. Fans and dust may not bother you now handling your own grain but rest assured it will bother you when it is someone else's.
