S Illinois | Not ready yet to say there is more corn stored than advertised but definitely doesn’t feel like there is less out there. Fund length was supporting N more than any other contract. So as they unwound it put pressure on N. 1.4 carryout is snug but not tight and that was with pricing low enough for most end users to run flat out. With many end users getting coverage further out, that carryout needs to start finding a home and that spread will drive where it goes. So that’s a long winded way of saying the market doesn’t have any fear of running out of old crop anymore. | |
