Do you go out of your way to prepare or go to a restaurant to enjoy a meal of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, etc.? Our Fat Tuesday supper went so well we are having the same people over for a St. Patricks Day meal. Brisket was supplied by one of our guests,(dairy cow with broken leg), and has been in brine since last Thursday. Any green beer out there? Joe.
