Fill them one last time then...There was a welding shop at a shipyard near here.They had worker made cradle for oxygen tanks.They would invert the old tanks (full) and whack the end off with a maul.The oxygen tanks fly like missiles.The mud flats beyond the yard had a few of these projectiles sticking up from the mud at low tide.If you do this take a video.
