CNY | My bin is next to my shed across the road. The fan is on the backside away from the house. When we are combining here it is usually late enough in the year that the windows on the house are shut. Being able to slide on some coveralls and walk over and check things is handy for me. I know others don’t think it’s a big deal to jump in the truck and drive. Keep the weeds/grass cut and bait stations full varmits are not an issue.
Number 3 sounds like the best long term option. But how long is long term? Do you realistically think your going to be able to build and finance a big setup? Is your acreage going to grow? Or is it just all based on potential scenarios? If you know your going to build it all do spot number 3. Otherwise put it at your house and lay it out so you can add a couple bins there.
