SE PA | You may have warped or worn plates. That is a Weasler Torqmaster clutch and the parts are readily available through a driveline shop. Part number for the housing is 802811001 separator plate is 9917000 pressure plate is 803111000. Make sure your spring isn't cracked. It's likely a 15000lb spring and that part # is 98715000. Your separator plate should be notched instead of like the one pictured.
