Subject: Leaky oil out of front engine/timing chain cover JD 12.5 L 9220

I’ve a a 2006 9220 w/2730 hours and it’s new to me. I’m noticing some oil leakage coming out of the bottom of the front engine cover. I’ve heard this is common and they start leaking again even after you fix them. Just curious if anyone has had experience with issue?
