Southwestern Minnesota | I have no input on the use of Dupixent. However, my son had a nasal spur and a deviated septum and had constant problems with his nose and sinuses. He finally had surgery to correct the problem. While it wasn't a "fun" week of recovery for him, he is very glad he had it done. Splints up your nose and packed with gauze are uncomfortable. But it's kind of like knee pain before you decide to have a joint replacement surgery. You put up with it until you can't. Then have surgery and recover and wish you would have done it sooner. My son can now smell and his nose drains as it should when he catches a cold. He doesn't get sinus infections any longer either. It was a win for him. | |
