pretty much isn`t anything over 30% tariff essentially a import ban. because a price increase of 30% pretty much makes everything very hard to afford. people will balk thinking that "tariffs will go away completely tomorrow ... i`ll just wait" so little is sold and china sits there for n i n t y l o n g d a y s with idle factories and backed up ships. so we didn`t actually give china anything.
