Illinois | No kidding, we would participate. Just down right depressing. We have had this pattern for several years now. We feel like we are the armpit of the world. Then you have U of I area people all over X on how great Illinois is. They do this every year, like a third of the state means squat. Not to mention the brilliance of public statements like that. There is enough pressure on the markets and they just shoot us all in the foot. | |
