We'll never know as they never penned a phase 2 trade deal. Seems pretty foolish to write any trade deal with a foreign country and not have some kind of provisions to enforce it. Does it not? Even if they were going to have a phase 2. What is to say that they would have put mechanisms in place to ensure that it was followed?
