Agree! But since she's not going to run again who knows what she will do.. hope she signs it .. quit funneling money and keep the rights in owners position.. its non essential, private owned and used to frac oil. What joke!
Used to frac oil? huh, the Co2 pipeline purpose is to remove a byproduct of the ethanol process by not venting it in the atmosphere.
If it is the one going to ND, no they said up here some of it will be used for oil recovery. Pressurize the reservoir.
Not fracking however. I'm not sure how you would frac with gas.
