West Central MN (between MMF and Larson's)
Our company probably treated us as good as any. However, the runaway inflation of the time made it nearly impossible to be completely/adequately insured.
Example: we had built a 48 ft by 11 ring bin for approximately 80 with concrete, electric, etc all in in 2016.
We had it insured for 115k to keep up with inflation at our previous renewal. Reusing our existing concrete and not including any electrical it was 140-145k to replace ( that was the lowest bid others were higher)

We focused on getting the bins rebuilt so we could function that fall, and they were the most available. The Morton buildings guys were booked solid prior to the storm ever hitting and any other builder was swamped and not giving any deals after the storm.

We waited an extra year on the sheds and it saved us about 150k
