What is a creek? Never seen tile in life. My wife and I had been married 10 years before she saw it rain on our farm in the daytime, it did rain at night, no joke. It’s all relative, dry on the high plains is different than dry in the corn belt. Probably $10-15K an acre different. That is why we hope to raise corn planting 15K population and it is still a crap shoot.
