Up here would likely be a 90% chance the weather will be better for corn and beans. Your area doesn't get near as much water on an average year and guessing temps are higher too.
Now it could get colder than expected and things might get frosty so that could set some stuff back. If that is the case won't be just corn and beans that get nipped, plenty of other things are flowering now too.
