Sounds like you are drier than normal as well.
In my case this is a wonderful thing. I’m usually fighting mud now. My ‘normal’ is a too wet spring on low bottom clay ground.
Now, we see where we go from here.
Supposed to rain on Thursday.
If we end up dry all summer like 88 and 12 were, well then that’s pretty tough.
If we get normal amounts of rain the rest of summer, this could be a really nice year, because it’s ’a little too dry now.’ Which is actually perfect spring weather here for me.
