So you are also thinking that rain water produces more corn than irrigated water. Seems to me that that has been tested on many acres for years?
Have to admit that electric charge effects the release of minerals from ground water. Put electrodes on my electric water heaters to end the stink of the hot water.
Had a customer do a half section last year with 2 pivots, one with and one without. Same hybrid on both. He claimed close to 30 but better yield and the side with the unit was visually wetter all season on the soil. He didn't have moisture sensors so no data so it intrigued me enough to try it this year and to use moisture sensors and plant samples and yield data to make my own assumption. Dont know of it will work or not but it will be shared on my YouTube and tik tok. I have a half section with 2 pivots set up the same with no fence in-between the quarters so we shall see. If it stays dry like it is, we should have a good test |
