Here if we plant untreated seed in no till before the neighbors they will be full of bean Beatles that lay eggs with a destructive batch needing to be sprayed late July. That's why I them along with planting earlier. If you plant routinely after the 10th-15th of May in Nebraska and Iowa I would not treat them
