Russ I believe providing a golf cart and electricity is what sets a career at Puffs baldy ranch head and shoulders above the other outfits.
I was thinking you could haul calves to Joplin when it got hot and you take off. Bring back alfalfa for the Ocala horse market when you come back in fall. It would just be a perpetual money printing machine. A never ending supply and demand.
