Correct soybean exports doubled y-o-y from 19/20 to 20/21. It just took 2 years of exports being cut in half to get there.
Edit: A huge bullet in the soybean market was dodged in 2019 when somewhere between 600 mb and 800 mb was cut from US soybean production with all the prevent plant that year. That blunted a lot of the long term supply issues that were beginning to compound.
