It took the CHIPS act to basically mandate manufacturing to get anything to happen. Biden had to threaten Engineers working in China with loss of citizenship to get them back in the U.S. to build Chip plants. Tariff's already weren't doing it. Does anyone have that kind of stomach for anything else?
