SW OH | It happens multiple times a day in the stretch of road where I live. Several times a day there is a truck that kind of gets over, but it's still 80% in the marked lane. Sometimes a delivery truck will back in a driveway, mostly UPS. It doesn't help that people drive like they are in the Indy 500. Near miss accidents happen daily and around 3 actual accidents happen per week, mostly rear enders from traffic stopped for a left turn.
In Ohio it's illegal to back out onto a state highway. It must be one of those laws nobody knows or cares about.
