Southern Missouri | What everyone is saying here about getting good law/ 1031 advice is of utmost importance and you probably should learn all you can about it before your first steps especially if anything was ever depreciated on and about the property you’re selling and your own personal accountant will need to be aware of any going ons with the sale of anything depreciated ( barns buildings etc ) and fitting them in a 1031 , a lot of ways to make 1031s fit but a lot of ways for 1031s to have issues found at later dates that can cause problems, there are also quite a few time constraints that need strictly followed , don’t dare sign a thing till you’re satisfied enough people have looked it over to calm your possible tax questions ,as always JMHO | |
