Don’t know if in right place have a question on UCC filings and a factoring company put. One on me. There all paid But they said it’s the cost of doing business there rules !!!! That got me thinking a lot of ag products are pre paid can a farmer file a ucc. 1. On a coop for protection if they would happen to fail ??? Just a thought. Boy would that piss them off
