NE ND | As much as I would like to think it was from the trade deal, that was right smack in the middle of Covid and nobody knew what was going to happen. Overlay the dollar index on that chart and you'll see why they started buying (in my opinion). I don't think it was because of any trade agreement, although that's how the administration could spin it. I remember almost daily announcements of sales, not only to China.
I'm cautiously optimistic going forward.
